Nice position in the really quiet area, adjacent to a taxi, the footpath to Keswick and buses, short walk to Keswick.

The location was marvellous because it was just off Portinscale which is a nice quiet village, and Keswick town centre.

The staff was very friendly, as well as host. The service was welcoming with parking onsite.

The hotel was in a great position close enough to the shore and the beautiful lakes and fells surrounding Keswick.

Spotlessly clean and ideal place, has absolutely gorgeous views across the Lake. The breakfast is lovely with a lot of dishes. Impeccably clean rooms have a contemporary design.

Everything was amazing, amenable staff, magnificent views of the lake. The accommodation had a central location on what to do around the area. Moreover, it's just off Derwentwater, and castlerigg stone circle, skiddaw, catbells & derwent water in keswick. There's nothing too...  

The units are well decorated with a lovely view out onto the fells. The interior is modern and design is modern. The location is central, near to the mountain and lake, restaurant and Keswick and Dererwater lake. The staff are...  

The breakfast was traditional and free with lovely views, great options, the nicest bacon and served by the helpful staff.

Got a traditional and delicious breakfast great which included a delicious fresh fruit salad.

Simply no complaints, fantastic stay. Comfy and stunningly beautiful place to stay 2 km away from a contemporary theatre. Immaculate room and particularly good bathroom, lovely breakfast. Amenable personnel, exceptionally comfortable bed. Location really close to the front garden, the beautiful lakes and fells surrounding Keswick and the public areas.

We had an amazing time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was close to the center and the beautiful Lake District. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with the owners Sue and Steve going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even decorated our room for a special occasion! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views. The breakfast was delicious, and the homemade ginger cake and tea upon arrival were a delightful touch. Sue and Steve were always ready to provide helpful information and even lent us a map for our mountain climb.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Perfect stay, homey place. Hearty breakfast with lots of fabulous food. Very comfortable building and rooms with contemporary decoration. Perfect location in Keswick near to the hike, Derwent Water and the fells beyond, and Skiddaw Croft. Also, in short walking distance from the lake.

Brilliant place for exploring Keswick. Top-notch & beautifully decorated unit with views to Derwentwater and books plus a comfy bed. Unbeatable and excellent location really close to far enough away to be quiet as well as the local areas and restaurants in a pretty quiet area.
